New Summer Menu
Undoubted hit of the spring season - the new pasta:
- Risotto Bisque with flowers and a crown zucchini shrimp tartar and caviar;
- Gnocchi in carbonara octopus and salmon caviar;
- Linguine with seafood flambéed baked;
- Summer Spinach Gnudi with cream truffle.
From appetizers worth trying:
- Mixed green salad IX style, with tomatoes from Sardinia, olives, fresh onions, orange and lime in raw edge of the garden and radishes (chicken or salmon cooked at low temperature or shrimps);
- Kind of tartar with caviar: Tuna- red onion, lime and caviar; Shrimp -parsley, avocado and caviar; Salmon -cucumber, chives, orange and caviar;
- Grilled Calamari (squid) salad with rocket, cherry tomatoes and red onions plancha;
- Truffed carpaccio of scallops in Symphony with latuga bed and with asparagus.
Of the main dishes deserve special attention:
- Stratification of beef and foie gras with truffles at a summer-style «IX»;
- Cut pork a la «IX» (cooked at low temperature method), caramel and honey-orange ginger sauce;
- Fillet of veal with morel mushrooms sauce with truffles;
- Sole basil and ginger with the maitre d'hotel butter and black caviar.
This spring, the restaurant IX NOVE celebrates its second birthday. Within two years, the restaurant's menu always consists of various dishes of traditional Italian and Provencal cuisine prepared in respect of all regulations.
Guests can also try other dishes, prepared with the latest method of preparation on the basis of low temperatures, making them particularly useful, and leaves the entire savor, especially in spring when it is necessary to restore your energy levels after the winter.

We discovered this Restaurant by axcident not realising it was under new managment. It wasa actualy two old smaller places combined in a very satisfactory way. The menue is clearly laid ourt. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was great and competatavly priced. Would certanly go again for an evening meal. Visited September 2011
